Zaparoo Core includes several features that expand what you can do with your tokens and media library. These are user-configurable capabilities that you can enable and customize to suit your setup.

• Custom Launchers — define your own launchers for emulators or apps not natively supported by your platform
• Launch Guard — stage scans during active media so a deliberate second tap is required to switch games
• Mappings — assign ZapScript to tokens that can't be written to directly, like Amiibos and barcodes
• Playtime — track how long games are played and enforce time limits
• Publishers — broadcast Core events to MQTT brokers or PixelCade LED displays
• Systems — reference of all system IDs used in configuration and ZapScript commands
• Tags — metadata labels extracted from filenames used to filter and match games
