Zaparoo Core v2.16.1 is now available. This patch release fixes problems found after v2.16.0, with faster media updates on slow storage and reliability fixes across the media library, readers, backups, native audio, MiSTer, and macOS.
Hi everyone. I've published the new Zaparoo CLI, along with seven Agent Skills for developing integrations, testing changes, and working with Zaparoo devices.
This is now the supported starting point for new command-line and AI-assisted Zaparoo development. If you want an agent to diagnose a Core device, prototype an integration, or check behavior against the public APIs, this is the package to give it.
The CLI is available now as @zaparoo/cli.

This update fixes an issue where enabling CRT mode would show static snow instead of the Frontend UI. If you updated to v1.2.0 and CRT mode was not usable, update to v1.2.1.

The Zaparoo App v1.11.2 update is now available in the App Store and Play Store. This release adds a Controls modal, mapping management, media scraper controls, Launch Guard support, and a Spanish translation.
Zaparoo Frontend v1.0.3 is available alongside Zaparoo Core v2.13.0.
Frontend v1.0.3 is the CRT release. It adds native 240p CRT output on MiSTer, a 240p-focused layout pass, list browsing, per-system launcher selection, Arcade alternates, and a batch of MiSTer fixes.
Core v2.13.0 adds MiSTer RetroAchievements launchers, MiSTer Companion scraping support, new ZapScript next-scan flows, Amstrad CPC and 3DO file support, and fixes for readers, the TUI, API clients, RetroBat, and MiSTer audio.
