Hey! Welcome back to the community showcase. I've got another batch of awesome stuff from our Discord members to share. Some seriously cool floppy reader builds this time, a full arcade coin mechanism, and lots of custom cards.

Suiren​

Suiren has built up a wicked collection of custom floppies and cards, all working with the same 3D printed reader. Love the floppy labels.

Drakosss​

Drakosss built Zapafloppy, a 3D printed Commodore 1541-style case for a USB floppy reader. The files are on MakerWorld if you want to print your own.

Lina Blue​

Lina Blue started out with foil and clothes pegs to stop two readers interfering with each other, then built this proper 3D printed dual-reader case. It came out so clean.

Liz​

Liz printed a custom enclosure for an NFC Engine V2 reader and set up their Linux PC to jump straight into Steam Big Picture from the TV remote. They've also written up the whole setup.

Foolz​

Foolz built a full arcade coin mechanism around an NFC reader, complete with a return button and stacks of custom coins. This is so cool.

grego2d​

grego2d has been making these SNES cards with ZaparooSkraper, printing directly onto PVC NFC cards and finishing them with a few coats of lacquer. They look great!

BFOOT​

BFOOT is working on a 3D printed open floppy that uses an NFC sticker instead of a real disk but still works with the normal insert and eject mechanism.

evansoft​

evansoft made their first batch of cards with holographic sticker foil inside K-pop card sleeves. They came out looking fantastic.

BigBlue709​

BigBlue709 shared this awesome shot of Zaparoo running on a CRT, with a shelf full of Zaparoo cards in Switch cases. Love it.

ArielAces​

ArielAces is back with some new card designs for Sega Naomi and Naomi 2. Always like seeing their designs.

CygnusSquared​

CygnusSquared made these cartridge-style holders for NFC cards with a matching reader case, then got a real USB floppy drive working as a Zaparoo reader on MiSTer. The floppy spins up, reads the ZapScript and launches the game.
