Hey! Welcome back to the community showcase. I've got another batch of awesome stuff from our Discord members to share. Some really cool hardware builds this time, handmade wooden reader cases, and some great card designs.

SBB

SBB made these handmade wooden NFC reader cases out of cherry, walnut, and elm. Two different designs here. So good.

hobbett

hobbett's back with more updates to their numpad launcher. They've added a phone book for the dialer and mounted the pad to the front of the TV, plus a new OSD mode that turns the numpad into nav keys. Never stops.

LoVeMaKeRz

LoVeMaKeRz has been busy with more 3D printed mini console builds. This time it's a mini PlayStation, a tiny PS2 Slim, and a mini MegaCD II, all with NFC readers inside and little custom discs and boxes to go with them. The detail on these is insane.

Anime0t4ku

Anime0t4ku built a custom NFC reader that slots into a standard PC drive bay. They also released the NFC Cassette Cover Generator, a companion to their NFC Card Generator for making printable cassette tape covers.

Lina Blue

Lina Blue is printing NFC cards with a Badgy 200 badge printer! About $5 USD for 175 two-sided prints. Not everything went smooth but the ones that did came out looking great.

BigBlue709

BigBlue709 is back with more repurposed Switch cases with custom printed covers, plus some new NES and SNES card designs. Always clean.

AnimMaDeR

AnimMaDeR built a 3D printed floppy disk drive with a spring ejection mechanism for NFC cards. You push the button and it pops out!

Roger

Some nice card templates from Roger.

Suiren

Suiren put together this custom 3D printed reader with a friend. It's got a floppy disk slot on top with a working mechanism and a regular NFC card slot underneath. One reader, two ways to scan.

moop

Cool to see the Reboot Games Demo Card Booster out in the wild! moop got theirs working on a MiSTer Multisystem 2 straight away.

If you've made something cool with Zaparoo, share it in the Discord! I love seeing what people come up with and I want to keep sharing here.
